Elite Series 2017
Since the Elite Series's first Summer (2010), it has gone through small face lifts to make it the BEST training available to those upcoming high school/prep/junior goalies. With the addition of MassCrease's Training Center (Summer 2013) we have been able to push the product even further. This coming Summer we will be adding a large amount of flexibility into the Series…Our biggest change since the camp was first started. This summer we will be taking the flexibility of our skill scheduling system, and adding it into the Elite Series. Gone are the rigid three days a week. Now goalies will be able to pick the day of the week that works best for them. They can also choose to do more than three sessions in a certain week if they want to do “more work” on a topic.
The Elite Series will begin with a twelve (12) hours of on ice training during the month of June. For July and August each goalie will get eighteen (18) hours of on ice training at minimum. Rest weeks are scheduled so that goalies can get adequate rest throughout the long summer. During “Rest Weeks” there are hours available for goalies to continue to work on their game through on ice Agility sessions. These sessions are offered every day of the week, except Friday.
Over the course of the Summer each goalie will receive a minimum of 30 hours of private training (2:1 ratio). The lessons will cover everything from movement, efficiency, save selection, reflex training, game situations and recovery. This is the most complete training system found anywhere. Fitness Test: Multiple dates available in May
Summer Goal setting Meeting: Will be done the first week of the Series after their first on ice session
Exit Meeting with Brian: Will be done the final week of the Series after any on ice session.
Rest Weeks: Week of July 3rd, Week of July 10th, Week of July 24th, Week of August 7th
Each Goalie Gets: Twelve (12) x 1 hour Sessions to be used between May 29 and June 25th
Twelve (12) x 1.5 hour Sessions to be used between June 26th and August 18th
Unlimited Agility Sessions and Unlimited Off - Ice Sessions
Agility is an hour focus on Movement, Skating, Edge Work, Balance, Explosiveness, and Athleticism. **Every Wednesday (5:00pm) Agility will focus on Puck Handling**

Week 3: RVH and in tight movement
Week 4: Low to high plays
Week 5: Back to basics
Week 6: Screens Tips
Week 7: Game Situation
